Here are a few of our most asked questions.

~ Do we have to have an in person consultation to book our first clean?

If you would prefer to send pictures over of the rooms that need cleaning, that is ok. As long as they are clear and accurately represent the condition of the property, as this is how we quote a price for the job. If we receive pictures and then turn up to work and the condition is different, then the price of the job may have to change too. An in person consultation has benefits such as, if you have pets, we can meet them and if you think of any questions, we are on hand to answer them. We can also identify any problem areas, such as stains, delicate surfaces etc. that may require extra cleaning time.

~What is the difference between a first clean and a deep clean?

A first clean is the clean we give to our weekly and bi weekly clients. Its a more thorough clean, that sets the house up nicely for the ongoing cleans. A deep clean is a very thorough service that can be done on a one off basis. This involves many hours of work. For a full list of what our deep cleans include, please get in touch.

~Our last cleaner would invoice me after the clean, why do you take payment at the time of booking?

We take payment upon booking, as it saves us from chasing payment after a job has been completed. This can be draining and its not something that we enjoy doing. You can rest assured that if you book with us and need to rearrange or cancel, this is totally fine as long as its done at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we would keep 50% of the fee.  You will receive a full refund or we can rearrange if its not done on short notice. In the unlikely event of us having to cancel a job, you will receive a full refund.

~Can you use my hoover and mop?

Yes! that is absolutely fine. We have out own equipment that is cleaned and disinfected after each property, but if you would like us to use your equipment then just let us know.

~Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.

~We have pets, is that ok?

Yes, that is absolutely fine! We love pets. This is where our in person consultations really come in handy, We can meet your pet and get to know them a bit just so they are comfortable when we turn up to clean. We do ask that your pets are friendly and wont do any harm to any of our cleaners.

~Does our house have to be tidy when you come to clean?

We are cleaners and we know and do our job well. We are primarily there to clean surfaces and floors, so it is helpful that those areas are clear of items, so we can get in and get those surfaces immaculate!

~Do we have to be out when you clean?

No, you dont have to be out. Although we do work better when the area is clear and have space to work. We understand that you may work from home or have the day off when we're scheduled to clean and that's no problem. It's handy to have us there on a work day, so you can come home to a gleaming property!
