Terms and Conditions

~ All cleans must be paid for at the time of booking. You will receive an email upon enquiry with payment details. Then a confirmation with the times and dates of the booking when payment has been received. 

~ 24 hours notice is needed if you would like to cancel a booking. If not, we will keep 50% of the fee. We understand that things happen and at times you may need to cancel, but we cannot always find a replacement clean at the last minute.
